About Richard van Gaalen
Richard is one of those Guys that you could genuinely say cares about his clients and wants to make them all succeed in whatever field they choose. He believes in the saying “Give something to a busy Person and they will get it done”
This may seem a big statement to make, but Richards actions and his actual care for people is who he is. He has a busy life, as it would seem to some and he wouldn’t want it any other way.
Richard is passionate about working with clients achieve better sales results and improving their return on their investment, and helping people achieve their goals and dreams and giving them the encouragement to do better and be better people. But on the flipside he loves spending time outside of work relaxing like just being on the beach with His wife and family.
He is a dedicated Christian and a family man.He is happily married to Laurelle and between them they have 5 awesome children,with just the two youngest at home now, but always in close contact with the older three, there are also four grandchildren. They have a very close knit extended family. So home is always busy with visitors and extended Family members.
Richard along with Laurelle Pastor a local Christian church, so he is used to relating to all kinds of people and helping them work through issues or challenges in their life and celebrating success.
Richard has a desire to help more people move online and to further help those that are already online.
Richard has had 25 years of Management and Sales experience. Working in Sales, Hospitality and also Retail Sectors at one point managing a staff of 120. He frequently attends seminars to help him learn more and better assist his clients.
Included in this is 15 years of media experience in both the offline and online world, He worked for Yellow pages Group for four years looking after Key accounts and the Advertising Agencies, he was the top sales person for two years, so he is actually good at what he does, Richards not just one to go through the motions.
This gave him grounding in media, before going into business with Laurelle. So he brings knowledge of how advertising works or at least should work.He has placed tens of thousands of adverts in various mediums for his clients over the years. He is looking to help as many people as he can make their Online Goals a reality with Good systems and processes.
Richard is always willing to assist his clients with advice, providing an outside point of view to the effort of selling their products or services. He is often utilised to be responsible and very capably to handle overall marketing and branding strategies and sales promotions for them.
Richard has built his business on good old fashioned principles treat people with respect, listen to their needs- suggest a solution to the challenges that they face and provide amazing service and results will come.
Outside of work Richard is a keen sportsman, having played competitive tennis,badminton, cricket, indoor cricket indoor soccer and others but not seriously rugby, touch rugby, squash, table tennis and skiing.
Now his sports are limited to regular Saturdays rotating with Laurelle between the rugby and soccer fields of his two boys. He is a loyal couch critic with his son on any good rugby game that’s on and keeping an eye on men’s ATP tennis circuit on the Internet.
The family love the beach and many weekends and holidays are spent in close proximity to the beach, Richard enjoys boogie boarding with his sons and walks along the beach on the edge of the water with Laurelle.
Richard and his wife are passionate about life and making the best of any situation.Richard enjoys a good laugh and is a firm believer that you can have a life filled with joy if you choose to, even when things are tough you can still enjoy life and the people you share it with.
